Arrive on time at the correct property
Confirm hallway, elevator, or stair access
Identify disposal and dumpster areas
Clock in and review route order
Document any access issues immediately.

Collect trash placed outside unit doors inside the building
Pick up only securely tied bags
Move floor-by-floor to avoid missed units
